Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

  • We fulfill orders in cooperation with Packeta and trusted third-party suppliers. In some cases, processing may take slightly longer due to fulfillment partner timelines.

  • Europe (via Packeta): 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, extreme weather, or seasonal demand.

 

 

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Shipping costs are 5 EUR, regardless of destination.

  • Free shipping is available for all orders over 150 EUR.

  • Final shipping fees (if any) are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Once your order has been shipped via Packeta, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • If tracking updates are not immediately visible, please allow 1–2 business days for Packeta’s system to refresh.
